Dr. Shiv Govind Singh received the M.Tech degree from the IIT Kanpur, India and the Ph.D. degree from Electrical Engineering IIT Bombay, India. Since 2009 he is the faculty member of IIT Hyderabad and now working as a Professor in Department of Electrical Engineering. He was Visiting Assistant Professor Purdue University, and IIT Bombay in year 2012 and 2013 respectively. His research interest includes 3D IC, Sensors, Lab on chips and MEMS. He has more than 180 peered reviewed papers in international journals and international conferences and also holds 5 patents. He has graduated more than 65 students that included 11 Ph.D students. He is a Editorial board member of Scientific reports, a nature Research. He is also member of several central governmental committees.
